不良產品 Defective Products

收貨後7天內，如產品有瑕疵，可安排退貨。請透過 WhatsApp 聯絡客服，確認後退款將於5個工作天內處理，退回原付款方式。恕不接受換貨。

Returns for defective products are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us via WhatsApp to arrange a return. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days, credited to the original payment method. Exchanges are not accepted.

自訂印章 Custom Name Stamp

因屬個人化訂製商品，除產品本身有瑕疵外，恕不接受退換。如收到商品有瑕疵或印刷錯誤（非客戶輸入錯誤），我們將免費重做。

Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. If you receive a defective product or a printing error (not caused by incorrect customer input), we will remake it free of charge.
